Refunds/exchanges are available for items purchased online at regular and sale price that are returned by mail, unworn, unwashed, in it’s original condition with the tags still attached within 15 days of receiving your order.
Items returned within 30 days of receiving your order are eligible for a 100% store credit. If you would like to exchange an item, we will do our best to accommodate your request however often styles do sell out quickly.

No exchanges or refunds on BLOWOUT/BLACK FRIDAY sale items.
Shipping charges are not refundable on all purchases.
WHAT IF I AM SENT A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
We personally inspect each item that is sent out from our warehouse. If you are sent a defective item in error we sincerely apologize! Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we’ll make arrangements to fix the problem. You can email our head office directly at email@example.com
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If you are not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) with all tags still attached within 15 days of receipt. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the item you are returning (note on the invoice if you’d like an exchange or a credit). Once we receive the item and ensure everything is in order, we will apply a credit to your original form of payment.
My Girlfriend’s Closet reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Shipping charges to return an item are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept any COD packages.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR WAREHOUSE IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
Please ensure the item is packaged properly to avoid damage during the shipping process. We suggest that you always insure a package that is being mailed/shipped back to us.
