CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT A PIECE YOU PURCHASED? NO PROBLEM! JUST RETURN THE PIECE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIVING IT....HERE ARE THE DETAILS:

CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY (2018-2019):

  • All regular priced items purchased from Nov. 1st - Dec. 24th, 2018 that are being given as Christmas presents can be returned for a CREDIT ONLY or EXCHANGE ONLY until January 15th, 2019. Regular priced items that are returned must be unworn, unwashed, in it’s original condition with the tags still attached. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
  • novelty holiday items are  FINAL SALE after Dec. 24th, 2018 (holiday tees etc.)
  • items purchased with hostess credits or a 50% off coupon are NOT eligible
  • as always, sale items are FINAL SALE

REGULAR PRICE/1ST DIBS DEAL ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE

Full refunds/exchanges are available for 1st Dibs Deals and regular priced items that are returned by mail, unworn, unwashed, in it’s original condition with the tags still attached within 15 days of receiving your order. No items can be returned or exchanged after 15 days have passed.

REGULAR PRICED ITEMS PURCHASED IN CONJUNCTION WITH A CLOTHING PARTY/ONLINE PARTY/HOSTESS PURCHASES

100% store credit for items returned within 15 days (in it's original condition) of receiving your order. No items can be returned or exchanged if 15 days have passed.

*1st Dibs Deal prices are only valid for a limited time. In other words if you purchase a 1ST DIBS DEAL and need to exchange it, you will owe the difference in price if the deal has already expired.

*items purchased with a 50% off coupon earned at a party can only be used once for a one time purchase only. For example, if you purchase a 50% off item with a coupon and need to return/exchange the item you will get a store credit only for the amount you paid and will be required to pay the difference on the new item that is purchased with the credit. For further clarification, contact your fashion consultant or our head office at 604-320-0973.

**Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at a My Girlfriend’s Closet home clothing party or fundraiser. Online purchases must be sent back to our mailing address as noted below.

SHOES

We will gladly exchange/refund shoes that are unworn when you return them and in perfect sellable condition. Must include all original packaging and box must not be damaged.

After you receive your shoes, give them a try on a carpeted floor as this will ensure no damage is done to the bottom of the shoes.

Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping back to our warehouse. If the shoe box is damaged, then we will not accept the return.

WHAT IF I AM SENT A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

We personally inspect each item that is sent out from our warehouse. If you are sent a defective item in error we sincerely apologize! Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we’ll make arrangements to fix the problem. You can email our head office directly at info@mygirlfriendscloset.ca

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If you are not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) with all tags still attached within 15 days of receipt. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the item you are returning (note on the invoice if you’d like an exchange or a credit). Once we receive the item and ensure everything is in order, we will apply a credit to your original form of payment.

My Girlfriend’s Closet reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Shipping charges to return an item are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept any COD packages.

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR WAREHOUSE IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Please ensure the item is packaged properly to avoid damage during the shipping process. We suggest that you always insure a package that is being mailed/shipped back to us.
