Styles and fits are always changing and can be different depending on the manufacturer. Some items can fit small, fit true to size or can fit on the generous side. We do try and be a descriptive as possible when describing the type of fit a garment. Please be sure to look closely at each product description for specific indicators of how each garment will fit. Keep in mind your personal Fashion Consultant is always happy to help you with sizing etc.

FREE shipping on all orders over $100 (before taxes) within Canada. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $7.99 within Canada (regular ground service).
Select "local pick up" for pick up in North Burnaby, BC. We will contact you when you order is ready for pick up with instructions on the pick up process. PLEASE NOTE: OUR WAREHOUSE IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. CONTACT US TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME BY THE WAREHOUSE.

The first confirms that your order was received.
The second email confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse. In most cases, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the day an order is placed, excluding holidays. Ground orders being shipped within Canada are shipped via Canada Post and typically arrive 3 - 10 business days (from the date shipped). All orders being shipped within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post and will have a tracking number associated with it.
For orders being shipped to the USA, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay all applicable import duties and taxes.

Generally, credit cards are not charged until we ship the item(s) to you. However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your account balance.
Once an order has been made, you can expect that we are immediately working to get it to you as quickly as possible.
You can make changes or cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed. To make changes to your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY by call 604-320-0973. Once your order has entered processing, we are unable to change the details of it.

OUT OF STOCK MERCHANDISE
Because of high demand, it may occur that an item goes out of stock. In this case, we will assist you in canceling the order and help you to find a similar item.
Different materials and fabric require alternate care. To preserve the look and lifetime of your garment it is important to adhere to associated care instructions. Therefore, please always follow the care instructions indicated on the attached inside care label of the garment. As a rule, most items are generally cold water wash on gentle/hand wash, lay flat or hang to dry.
